The 9forty platform is restricted to users aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm you meet this age requirement and use the platform voluntarily in a personal capacity.
Account Creation, Security, and User Responsibilities
Registration and Account Information
Each user is allowed only one active account at any time. During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Any false or misleading information may result in your account being suspended or closed without notice.
9forty reserves the right to request additional identity verification at any time, including copies of ID documents, to comply with verification requirements.
Password and Access Security
You are fully responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, even if accessed by third parties without your knowledge.

User Responsibilities and Prohibitions
Users are strictly prohibited from the following actions while using the 9forty platform:
- Using automated software, bots, or any technological methods to manipulate games or the platform systems.
- Sharing your account with others or allowing third parties to use your account.
- Engaging in any form of fraud, forgery, or illegal activities related to the platform.
- Using illegally obtained funds for deposits or any platform transactions.
- Interfering with, damaging, or attempting to access 9forty’s systems and servers without authorization.
Violations of any prohibitions above will result in immediate actions including suspension or permanent account closure, and may lead to legal actions if necessary.
Payments, Deposits, and Transactions in Malaysian Ringgit
All financial transactions on the 9forty platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring their payment methods are valid and registered under their name.
Supported deposit methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and other local banks listed on the platform. Deposits are usually processed within minutes, though actual processing time depends on the payment provider.
Withdrawal of winnings is subject to identity verification procedures. 9forty may request supporting documents before approving withdrawals. Withdrawals suspected of fraud or illegal activity may be suspended or canceled pending investigation.
9forty is not responsible for any loss or delay in transactions caused by technical failures of third-party payment providers, network interruptions, or factors beyond our control.
Liability Limits, Account Policy & Intellectual Property

The 9forty platform is provided "as is." We make no guarantees that services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet all specific user requirements.
To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, 9forty shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the platform, including loss of profits or data.
Account Suspension and Closure
9forty reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice if there is evidence of terms violations, fraud, or activities compromising the platform’s integrity.
Users whose accounts are closed for terms violations are not entitled to claim any remaining balance in their accounts. Cases involving illegal activities will be reported to the relevant authorities.
Intellectual Property and Third-Party Links
All content on the 9forty platform—including logos, interface design, text, graphics, and software—is the exclusive property of 9forty and protected under Malaysian intellectual property laws. Users are prohibited from copying, distributing, modifying, or using any content without written permission from 9forty.
This platform may contain links or references to third-party services. 9forty does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Accessing third-party links is at the user's own risk.
Amendments to Terms and Applicable Laws
